Started out on the strike of midnight. Fulton Lounge. Seemed like a trendy little bar with a good mix of people. Friends insisted trying to get me 'wasted'. It's not hard to achieve that. After 4 shooters, I was already buzzed. So, we hit the club, La Passage. Jim's friend was the host of the party.. got us in. Even though I was not in 'dress code'. Nice guy. People tried to get me bday drinks... but, I was far into it.. I wouldn't handle another. I was done for.
It was just like partying like it was 1999. Seriously. It was. Except..I'm old. And my body is 2008. Still, it was a blast.
Hungover for the duration of the day.
Plans for the day changed like the wind. Waterpark nixed. Too tired for the zoo. So, we decided to just have some simple family fun with a kiddie pool right outside the house. Turned out it was the best thing we could've done. We were just too old. haha
Kohan's for dinner. Japanese/Korean mix. Not bad. Funny watching our 'new' waiter though.
Yea.. I'm still 33.
May, Al, Jim.. you guys rock. You know how to make a guy feel old. Still can't believe we're all married with children!
