  2. Neil, found out the guy that designed the red telephone booth. Obviously it wasn't Sir Christopher Wren... it was Sir Giles Gilbert Scott.

got the 'Sirs' mixed up. Got two things in common now: they're both dead.

  6. The pink potato is a 'teddy bear'. My "tradional" bear I usually buy for Lina on our trips. I try to get one that somehow reminds her of the place. In this case, it's Barbapoppa (sp?), a French cartoon in her early days. (I've personally never seen the show)

  7. Mui:

Ans 1: The mini model is of the Towers of London (4 or 5 hundred years ago)

Ans 2: The sign says "Need to Yo?". This was a play on words as the Japanese restaurant was called, Yo!

Ans 3: The look of Lina was because I told her she was right in front of the New Scotland Yard. I mentioned Jack the Ripper.. and she freaked! haha

Ans 4: Yes.. those are really really small pringles. Not as tasty but I still had to get some.

Ans 5: The panoramic shot was of a little boy peeing on the Queen's workplace!!!!!! Click on the pic for a bigger pic. You can sort of make it out. Treacherous pic! OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!!!

  10. Mui,

Yea.. that's his butt. I was actually late with the camera. His pants were around his ankles at one point!

Tha's Buckingham Palace. And she was there that day. We toured her 'fancy rooms'. It was open to public during the summer and fall.
