First day after Labour day. Every kid knows what that means. Except mine. It's her first time. She'll learn to fear it.
But, this post isn't about her. It's about Jaden. His mom has a new job that is in our neighbourhood. Which means Jaden needed to transfer to another school! And at the last minute too! It's first day of school and we're here to register him! We had a plan over the weekend to apply for 3 select elementary schools in my district. A friend is also trying to apply for Jaden at another school at the same time!
First pick was full with 2 more on the waiting list. But, fortunately, the school that is closer to us has room! We quickly enrolled him and school officially starts tomorrow for Jaden! He'll only miss one day. Yay!!
