Happy 2nd Birthday, Persephanie!!

This year we shared Persephanie's birthday with Russell. Partied it up at Crash Crawly's. Awesome venue. Lina and Lili made 2 cakes too! Black Forest(ish) and a Lemon. I made the candle. :D

The annual visit to the temple. Just dropping by to say thanks for keeping her alive for another year!

No. 1 in Sodoku!!!

If you've ever played any online game, you'd know it's nearly impossible to get any sort of high score. At my best, I'd always score in the 1000th place of any game.

Internet rule: There is ALWAYS someone better than you. Or there's someone out there that's smart enough to cheat very well.

But, not today! :D
I downloaded an iPhone app today called TapSudoku by Tap Joy Games. It's got 3 difficulties (easy, normal, and insane) Now, I've played a lot of Sodoku in my time... so, I felt cocky enough to just go for insane. First attempt, I made 31st on the High Score's list! No hints used (I didn't even know there were any available!) It was a straight score. This was awesome! Thought these sort of things were impossible.

But, today... the impossible was possible for me.....

Again, no hints were used.
Looks like I have a good 30 second buffer till the next guy to beat me again! Right now... I'm relishing in the fact that I'm second to none! hehe

Grandma's Birthday:

This is Sephie's first sculpture! (First application of visual/spatial recognition exercise) She recognized all the 2-nubbed pieces, isolated them, and stacked them all up... all by herself. With no direction from anyone. Bonus: She pointed out the green one to dad!! :D
